Managing the day to day running of ProBalm, developing the business nationally and internationally, increasing brand awareness to the climbing community and exploring other potential markets. I also help Iain with manufacturing ProBalm, which includes being the chief sticker of labels...

My role at ProBalm:
Develop and test the initial recipe, manufacture prototype balms prior to first manufacturing run, achieve the safety assessment for the final recipe, order raw materials and develop bottom up cost, make the balms and create the finished product, keep on top of sales and dispatch, send packages to customers, deal with technical enquiries from customers, further develop the product.

My role at ProBalm:
Brand development. Design and production of marketing collateral and product label development. Organise branded clothing. Blog writing. Post production of ProBalm images or video. Liaise with Justine regarding company matters. Help Iain with manufacturing ProBalm, sticker of labels when production increases.
